Pls note that the restriction in Med France waters appears to be over. I am a Canadian on a Canadian flagged monohull and I was contacted by the French Navy in early May and told to leave (which I did not do) and recently while sailing from Nice to Corsica the same Naval station called me on the radio and wished me a safe sail.
The only restriction for Corsica is a PCR test within 72 hrs unless you have been fully vaccinated. Business as usual now, Masks sometimes indoors but the French have never taken to social distancing. Boats are moving and there are many signs of life again. Vaccination is the only answer to Covid.
