Description:
Providing a safe port of call, L’Aber Wrac’h is at the crossroads between the Atlantic and the English Channel, perched as it is on the northwestern corner of Brittany. Nearly all boats heading down through the Chanel du Four to Biscay and beyond, call in here.

48°36’N, 04° 33.6’W (marina entrance)
Docking
This port is accessible at all states of the tide. There are 80 places for visitors in the marina. The visitors’ are generally berthed on the wave breaker; smaller boats inside and larger boats on the outside, although this can be untenable is strong northerly winds.
In addition, there are a good number of visitors’ buoys in the river opposite the marina. These buoys are white and numbers 1-20 are available for visitors to lasso.
In the season, arriving yachts are met by a harbor boat and escorted to a berth or allocated a buoy (if required).
It may also possible to anchor in the river, but be careful to keep clear of the oyster beds.
Well upriver, before the road bridge at Paluden, there are now 20 dumbbell moorings for visitors in a very sheltered, and peaceful pool.
