Capraia Island - Docking

Jan 20, 2017

This is a popular destination and can get crowded in the season.

In addition to berths in the port, there are 20 visitors' buoys just outside the harbour.

It is also possible to anchor here beyond the moorings on the southern side of the bay. The weed can be difficult to penetrate but the sand provides good holding.

The shelter is good except from the east.
