This is a very useful port of call for yachts transiting to/from Greece and Croatia.
Marina di Leuca (Porto Turistico) is the first berthing facility as you enter the harbour. The marina has laid moorings, berth where directed. Shelter is rather limited if there is any south in the wind. Contact the marina on VHF Ch. 16 and 12.
The marina is fully serviced and in addition has two travel lifts and repair facilities.

Beyond the marina are 3 pontoons that belong to Lega Navale.
A swell tends to enter the harbour whatever the direction of the wind. The most sheltered place is on the inner western mole.
In settled weather, it is possible to anchor in the bay south of the main breakwater. The holding is good in sand.
It is now forbidden to tie up alongside the outside mole.
There are a couple of small supermarkets within easy walking distance of the marina, however, cruisers report that supplies are limited. Most other businesses and properties seem to be seasonal. Fuel is available in the inner harbour.
