There are easy to catch buses that run both ways - to Noia and Ribeira. Muros and Noia both have bus stations with services to all major destinations. The nearest train stations are Santiago and Vilagarcia de Arousa. The closest airport Santiago.
Real Club Nautico de Portosin has free bikes for marina users. Noia is 8km from the marina (much bigger than the town of Portosin), and there is a bus service available from the marina.
