YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

Anchoring
The bay behind Punta Queixal offers initial respite from westerly winds and swell.
Anchor at Muros (protection from the W, N and E). Tucked behind the harbour is good for all winds and space is generally not a problem, or opposite the marina in the Ensenada de Muros. Take care with debris on the bottom here which tends to be littered with fishing nets, lobster pots and other debris. A tripping line is advisable. Holding can be patchy.
It is also possible to anchor opposite Portosin at Esteiro and Freixo (town of Noia reachable by dinghy) and at Playa de Aguilera and Porto do Son, on the south of the Ria.
Marinas
Be sure to call on Channel 9 when approaching the marina to alert them of your arrival. There are 2 marinas in this Ria, one at Muros and one at Portosin.
Muros town has a small, modern marina with very friendly and helpful staff. There are repair services in Muros, hardware stores and good provisioning. It is a lively, old fishing town with narrow streets, delightful pavement cafes and old Galician buildings.
Portosin is an all-weather marina (see photo), with a straightforward entrance day and night. Whilst it is 10nm from the entrance to the Ria, it is set in a quiet part of the Ria and is close to the town of Noia. Many of the berths are Med style moorings. This is the closest marina to Santiago de Compostela and its international airport, useful for crew changes.
This Ria is a good base from which to explore inland and organise further cruising in Galicia, such as applying for the Atlantic Islands Permit.
