Muros - The marina office is in an old converted house (blue building) with a small kitchen/laundry room.
Portosin - The Real Club Nautico has a self-service laundry and there are professional services in Noia.
There is a well-stocked Gadis supermarket in Muros (N of the town) and numerous grocery stores. The fresh produce market (Mercado de Abastos) should not be missed and there is a fish market on the quay.
Portosin has a good supermarket and fresh produce market on Saturdays. Noia is a much larger town with all kinds of amenities and shops and is just a short bus ride from Portosin.
Esteiro has a number of shops but Freixo is very small and not a place for provisioning.
