There is a very large number of marinas and berthing options in and around Portland, including new facilities such as Fore Points Marina and Lyman-Morse in Camden.
Lyman-Morse started July 2023, offering a free water taxi shuttle service between Camden’s Public landing and the docks at Lyman-Morse. Operating Tuesday through Sunday, from 12 noon – 9:00 pm, every half hour.
For the best boatyard facilities, it is necessary to go away from the downtown area, but there are several within easy reach.
