Berth at the 'State Pier'. Ask for directions as it unclear exactly which pier this is. There are several west of the main ferry terminal along the Old Port waterfront.
Despite what CBP may tell you, it's mandatory to undertake domestic clearance at all ports in the US for foreign yachts, so be sure to check in and out via ROAM when cruising.
