is a beautiful island with very clear waters but unfortunately the hijacked jail is illegally exploited by the owner of the tavern SYRMA and lets you put your boat only if you go and eat there I am sorry that this man is Greek.
Ayios Yeoryios on Iraklia, 36°51.8’N, 25°28.2’E, and Mersini on Skoinousa, 36°52.3’N, 25°30.6’E, can between them provide shelter from all winds.
Ayios Yeoryios is the smaller of the two and we experienced swell from the nor’easter. Mersini has more space, but the motor yachts mentioned in Heikell’s pilot are still there.
