Charleston harbor, just inside Coos Bay, is home to a busy fishing fleet, which supplies a variety of local seafood processors. It's also has a marina. The harbor area includes restaurants, shops, marine supplies and repair operations, and other firms offering a variety of services. All within comfortable walking distance.
The town of Coos Bay is a further 8 miles from the entrance.
