On entering Coos Bay you must go to the Charleston Marina Visitor's Dock to clear with Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Charleston Marina is located in Charleston which is to the south just after entering the bay. The visitor's dock is the first pier located beside the commercial fishing fleet.
It reduces the waiting time if prior notice of your arrival is given.
