All vessels arriving from foreign ports in south Florida are required to first call +1 (800) 432-1216 or +1 (800) 451-0393 and obtain an arrival number before discharging passengers, crew, cargo or garbage. This includes American citizens and persons registered in trusted traveler programs, and this must be completed before contacting the local office for further clearances if required.
