Marinas:

There are several marinas in the Bay of Cadiz, all of which offer good shelter, but not always space/services for visitors.

The main leisure port is Marina Puerto America, good if in transit. Advance booking recommended. Tight access to waiting pontoon. Staff reported to be helpful and rates reasonable off season. Twenty minute walk into centre of Cadiz.

Anchorages:

The Rio San Pedro provides some excellent anchorages and it is also possible to anchor in the large bay of Cadiz.

Cruisers warn, however, that finding a suitable place to tie up your dinghy when going ashore can be challenging here. There are no official dinghy docks.

Weather information is on VHF channel 26 at 0940, 1140,2140 UTC.
