Fuengirola - Docking

Feb 01, 2020

Anchoring:

There is an anchorage north of the breakwater in sand (3m). It is also possible to anchor SE of the harbor in sand (15m), but with more depth.

Marinas:

The marina is in the northern part of a very active fishing harbor and offers good shelter and facilities. It has concrete pontoons and laid mooring lines - maximum length 20m.

Although sheltered it is small and does suffer from swell and the wake of passing fishing boats. In addition, local ferries depart from here meaning there are a lot of foot passengers walking along the quay.

Ashore:

The town is mainly high-rise apartment blocks and very touristy but is walking distance from the marina and has all the necessary services.
