Puerto Pollenca (Mallorca) - Activities, Attractions & Shopping

Apr 01, 2015

An attractive beachfront promenade, called the Pine Walk, due to many old pine trees still lining it.

Further inland is the old village of Pollensa (regular bus service from the roundabout by the Club Nautic), where you will find a picturesque town centre with a 365 step calvary staircase to a chapel on the top of a hill, overlooking Pollensa.

On the other side, there is also a hill, an hour's hike takes you up to the top of the Puig Maria, to a monastery with restaurant/cafeteria and public picnic tables with barbecue areas. Great views over the three bays in the North, and a great day out.

There is also a 9-hole golf course near the village of Pollensa.
