There are good boatyard facilities here but they are more geared to fishing boats and an early booking is required if wishing to store a sailing yacht here over the winter.
There is a 150-ton travel hoist. The yard does not provide pressure washing services. These are provided by a contractor, Superior Marine Services (907 874 4614), or you may rent a pressure washer and DIY.
It is a requirement that you have a plastic tarp under the area where your boat will be stored.
