King Cove is a port of call on the Alaska Marine Highway. It is on the Aleutian Chain ferry route which provides service from Homer to Unalaska every other week from May through September. It takes two and a half days to travel between King Cove and Homer. At Homer, there is a road connection to Anchorage.
