YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

This port is 50 miles from the sea!
The channel is well buoyed, however for advice on negotiating the Rio Guadalquivir it helps a great deal if you can source the excellent "Guide for the Navigation of Yachts (Guia para la Navegacion de Yates)". This is no longer available in bookshops along the coast, however, Chipiona Marina office has a copy for reference (Chipiona is located on the southern shore at the entrance to the Guadalquivir River).
Port Control: (Port, lock and opening bridge) VHF channel 12
No English is spoken. For an update on opening times see comments below.
Practicos Chipiona or Sevilla (Pilots): VHF channel 09 - good for advice on commercial traffic.
Alternatively, if you don't have a large boat, it's free to anchor outside Gelves marina, before the lock. There are good facilities ashore and it is very close to a bus stop for transfer into the city centre.
Tips on navigation from 2011 can be found here by cruiser Sten Engelstoft, and more recent advice in comments at bottom of the page.
Marinas:
There are currently 3 marinas, 2 of which are 3 miles from the city.
It is necessary to have a berth confirmed from either Sun Sail Marina or Nautico Club Sevilla 24 hours in advance of getting through the new lock and the bridge in Sevilla. If you do not speak Spanish ask Chipiona or Mazagon Marina to assist you.
For more details on port infrastructure including Bathymetric, see here.
