Sanlucar (River Guandiana) - Docking

Mar 03, 2012

Moorings:

There is space on the pontoon for approximately six boats but these spaces are frequently occupied by long-term liveaboards. If space can be found, payment of €7 /day should be made at the tourist information office in the town - if open! Water & power on the pontoon.

Anchoring:

Anchorage is possible in the river but the best holding is a couple of cables either upstream or downstream of Sanlucar rather than directly opposite the pontoon.

Facilities:

There is a restaurant/bar, a baker and a couple of provision stores which have some chandlery items. A small passenger ferry runs between Sanlucar and Alcoutim.
