Mazagon - Docking

Jan 02, 2018

The shelter is good in the large modern marina and the approach to the WNW facing entrance is protected by a training wall to the south. Care should be taken on approach, particularly at night.

Secure to reception pontoon (doubles as fuelling berth) for berth allocation. If outside office hours security staff will allocate a berth or leave the yacht where she is if no berth available. Retain receipts for both berthing and fuel as it has been reported that these have been queried at a later date.

Depth in the alongside berths is 4 metres.

There are an anchorage and mooring buoys north of the marina. A useful option is only staying one night.

Port Control : Huelva Port VHF channels 14, 16, 06, 11, 12
