Portbou - General Info
Description:
This small fishing village lies on the border between France and Spain. It has a large railway terminus as it is where the Spanish gauge rails change to the standard European one. Previously travellers had to spend several hours here, but now the system is very streamlined and Portbou has reverted to its former sleepy state.
