YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

There are a few berthing options in and around Malaga for visiting yachts.
In Malaga
In the town the Real Club Mediterraneo is more likely to have space for visiting cruising yachts.
IGY Malaga Marina is primarily aimed at superyachts (minimum length 20m).
Cruisers have also reported that the commercial port of Malaga enforces payment of the Tasa de Ayuda a la navegacion (Navigational assistance rates or the "lighthouse tax"), which is payable in a number of commercial ports in Spain (see Fees for more details and comments at bottom of page).
Around Malaga
Berthing elsewhere and taking a bus to Malaga may be a cheaper option.
In Puerto Del Candado, 3.5nm east of Malaga, is the Real Club Nautico which offers a much more reasonable alternative for yachts with a maximum 2.5m draft (it is liable to silting). Space is limited so it's advisable to book in advance.
Puerto Deportivo Caleta de Velez is located 20 miles to the east of Malaga (see photo courtesy of SY Blue Moon). The small town has numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops, enough for a short stay. Buses go to Torre del Mar and Malaga. There are plans to expand this harbor to seaward and improve facilities.
A new 460 berth marina is planned at the mouth of the Rio Guadalmedina, close to the south of Malaga harbor. Dry berthing is also planned. Run by IGY Marinas and due to open in 2024.
