Clearance here is reported to be very efficient. Dinghies can be taken into the river to the CIQ ferry terminal or left inside the marina.
First, visit the Jabatan Laut (harbor master) office in the marina building to complete paperwork. You will need your boat stamp.
Next, visit the CIQS building across the river (10-minute walk). Go out of the marina gate and across the causeway which veers right. There they have full immigration and customs for ferry passengers.
