  • The old world of bazaars is still intact in the form of the Grand Socco, with its shops, snake charmers, musicians and storyteller.
  • Stroll through parks, down fascinating streets woven through the historic architecture and into the markets for all sorts of produce and spices.
  • Visit the Grand Mosque or the Mosque of Sidi Bou Abib which was built in the 17th century.
  • Go for a camel ride on the beach
  • Visit Cape Spartel and the lighthouse which was built in 864 and still serves as a navigation aid for ships passing through the Strait of Gibraltar.
  • Don't miss the Caves of Hercules, carved out of the rocky cliffs on the Atlantic Ocean coast.
