Farmacia Paris is located behind the post office by the Kiosco(near the gazebo, on the main drag) and is open until 7 PM.
In Akumal, Dr Nestor Mendoza is a bilingual doctor who has an office in the main square (near the post office) His office hours are 9 AM to 2 PM, but he also makes house calls. The office phone number is (984) 875 9393. His cell phone is 044 984 806 4616 he is available 24 hours a day.

We were able to check out from here as we are headed to Belize tomorrow.
Organized via the marina they booked an agent (Walter) and immigration officer that came to the boat. Before hand I provided all necessary boat papers and copies of passports so they were only at the boat for 10-15 minutes max. They give you 48hrs to depart.
They have to come from Cozumel island by ferry and cost was $200usd for the checkout.
We may check in here on the way back up in 3-4 weeks time. Will let you know if the process/cost is different.
No marina showers, no self service laundry, but you could drop it off and have it brought back 1-2 days later (even better!) great restaurants and smaller boutique stores for provisions, large Chedraui grocery store is maybe a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk out on the main highway.
