Although officials have to come from Cozumel Island and an agent has to be used to arrange this, it is possible to check out here at a cost of US$200.
Clearance can be organized via the marina who will book an agent (Walter) and an immigration officer to come to the boat.
Officials are reported to be very quick - 10-15 minutes maximum when they visit your boat. You then have 48 hours to depart.
