Candelaria - Docking

May 17, 2017

Entrance:

Visiting yachts can use either the marina or the protected small fishing harbor to the north of the church.

The old harbor opens to the south and the narrow entrance should be entered with care as the harbor is small and manoeuvering is difficult. Go alongside the outer wall or, if there is no space, alongside one of the larger fishing boats, although one must be prepared for a lot of movement both day and night in this crowded harbor.

Marina Information:

Visitors are usually ignored by the authorities and docking fees are rarely collected in the old harbor.

Now there is a new marina it is likely that there will be more space available in the old harbor.

The marina reception berth is on the starboard side just passed the entrance with three visitors berths adjacent to it.
