This is not a Port of Entry. If you have cleared into the country one of the official ports, you are free to visit here, but can only clear out of the country again at an official port.

The good news is that the confusion about yachts arriving here from another South African port and being required to visit the South African Revenue Office in Cape Town, has been resolved. It has been confirmed that it is not necessary. See the Noonsite news item.
However, if leaving South Africa for a foreign port, then outward clearance must be made from an official Port of Entry.
