YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

Space in all marinas can become very limited in the Autumn when a great number of boats arrive and berths are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, not by advance reservation.
Yachts can anchor in front of the Zululand Yacht Club in the bay to the right. The bottom is sandy and it is sheltered. The small anchorage just south of ZYC has only a small area deep enough for anchoring and it shallows rapidly to the east.
Yachts are not allowed to anchor in the open space in the old Tuzi Gazi.
Contact Zululand Yacht Club in advance for a walk-on mooring.
The YC has floating walk-on pontoons with water and electricity. Moorings are available, but Zululand Yacht Club does not have access control on the moorings so they must be requested.
Keys are required for ablutions, laundry facilities, etc. and are only available from the office which is open 8:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 14:00 on Friday and 08:00 to 21:00 on Saturday. Closed Sundays and Public Holidays.
The yacht club boatyard offers haul-out via a "dolly", with a boat-lift (up to 30 tons) or for catamarans with a trailer. There is a chandlery and a number of excellent marine trades on site.
The Monday and Friday night brais and Wednesday Happy Hours are good value and fun, often with live music.
Security
Be careful when leaving keys with the yacht club as there is no system to keep keys secure. See the comments section (under Explore port button) for the latest information.
This is where yachts first tie up to await clearance at the Small Craft Quarantine dock. There are no facilities for yachts at this dock, it is simply for clearance.
See Clearance for details.
