Both boatyards in San Carlos use trailers with hydraulic pads for haulouts. The yard for Marina San Carlos is called Marina Seca and this is the largest boatyard and the only one with the ability to remove masts.
Both Marina Seca and Marina Real offer plenty of repair/painting possibilities. With the abundance of craftsmen and facilities in nearby Guaymas, there is not much that cannot be done mechanically or cosmetically to a boat in San Carlos.
