Provisions for a long voyage are very limited here - alot of stock in shops but little choice.
There is a minimarket on the marina premises which sells a good range of canned goods and some fresh produce - more expensive however. A short walk away is a dollar store with good supplies.
In town, there is an excellent fresh market in Calle 31.
Note however that provisioning on a Monday is not a good idea because apparently on Mondays you cannot buy fruits and vegetables.
On Thursdays there is a very good vegetable stall at the marina and the marina bar/grill is open daily and is good and cheap.
