A few payphones are scattered randomly about town, including one at the Post Office and several at Telecom Vanuatu Ltd.(TVL). Phone cards can be purchased at the post office, from TVL, and from some of the downtown stores.
3G and 4G Mobile phone service are available from TVL and Digicel and cover the main town and most of the East Coast.
There is a public phone next to the Aore Island Resort office and you can buy phone cards from the office. Also available here is a fax service and internet between 1100-1300 and 1600-1900 every day.
The Beachfront Resort has Wi-Fi internet facilities from 0700-1700 every day. Mail can also be held for visiting boats. Remember to mark any package with parts inside "For yacht in transit" to help avoid duty.
Most resorts and cafes offer Internet services at this time. All with Wi-Fi.
The local DHL agent is near the BSP bank. They can arrange for international packages into or out of Luganville.
