Road Harbour - Clearance

Oct 14, 2024

General Clearance Process:

See the main BVI Formalities page for full details on clearing into and out of the BVIs.

The Government Dock is where vessels arriving from outside the BVI clear Customs and Immigration. Anchor off of the government dock then dinghy in.

The docks themselves are used by ferries and commercial vessels so may be very crowded.

If wishing to remain in the BVI for more than one month, the Temporary Import Permit (TIP) can be obtained here and only here.
