Description:

Lamen Bay is a quiet community for cruisers to visit.  Both the Lamen Bay and Lamen Island villagers are very keen on welcoming cruisers in their community.

Cruiser Highlights:

This is an open bay with an excellent anchorage in five to seven meters on sand. It is an area famous for dugong spotting and is a pleasant place to stop on the way north if heading from Efete to Espiritu Santo, Malekula or the Banks and Torres Group.

Entrance Notes and Cautions:

Can get a bit rolly, even with an easterly wind.
