Tunis Airport 90 minutes and Monastir Airport 45 minutes by car.
A Noddy train shuttles the 30 minutes between Sousse and Port El Kantaoui (Place la Marina, in front of the marina entrance) stopping at many of the hotels along the way throughout the day from 9am until 6pm. Fares: adults return 3.5TD (Tip : you must leave and return on the same train or you may have to buy a new ticket.) If there are 2 or more of you, the trip is cheaper (and more comfortable) by taxi.
Tuk-tuks - six seater versions of motorised rickshaws -operate from outside the marina to all the nearby hotels and also Sousse, one-way ticket 2TD but you usually have to wait for all the seats to fill up.
From Sousse, you can connect to virtually any other destination in Tunisia. You can choose between shared taxis, buses or the train.
