Groceries, including fresh fruit and vegetables, are easily obtainable at Milka, a grocery store southwest of the canal through Dewey.
A fruit & vegetable truck comes on the ferry from Fajardo and parks outside the post office every Wednesday morning. The ferry to Fajardo, Puerto Rico takes over an hour and costs USD2.50 (USD1.00 if over 60) each way. In Fajardo, you need to take two minibusses to get to the Wallmart complex. Provisioning can be done there at Pueblo and Wallmart.
