Gdynia - Docking

Sep 01, 2016

This is a large container and cruise ship port on the western side of the Gulf of Gdansk. It is also home to the Polish Navy.

The yacht basin is at the southern breakwater entrance. South of this lies an attractive beach area with many pavement cafes. It is an active sailing center and many regattas are held here.

It is advisable to call the marina in advance to request a berth.

Yachts must monitor VHF Channel 12, but do not have to report their presence.
