Cebaco Bay Sports Fishing Club is located at the southern end of Isla Cebaco (07deg 29.3'N, 81deg 13.3W).
A 110ft mothership "Cebaco Bay" is moored in the southern cove Ensenada del Naranjo (Caleta Cayman) year round and supports fly-in fishing charters. Whilst the majority of their clients are large, luxury Sportfishing boats, they do treat sailing boats as an exception and supply them with smaller quantities of fuel.
They provide fuel, have fresh spring water piped in from a deep water spring on the island (potable), supplies, moorings, a restaurant and accommodation.
Their policy is to provide a fuel sample to each client prior to dispatching to a vessel. This sample is provided in a brand new sample bottle and is filled directly from the nozzle. Once the purchasing vessel receives its desired amount of fuel, a 2nd sample from the nozzle is provided. Fuel is triple filtered and quality controlled.
This is a well-run operation with very friendly staff, although of course there is quite a premium for this service. They monitor VHF Channel 6 and it's easy to pull alongside.
As well as the moorings for rent, you can drop your anchor anywhere outside the mooring area. It can be a bit rolly, especially during the night.
