The Medicare Discount card is available from Boaters Enterprise (Crews Inn) at special prices for cruisers; 55 and over, 6 months or 1 year. The card gives discounts of up to 25% on visits to doctors, dentists, lab services, health care facilities such as Community Hospital in Cocorite, optometrists, and pharmacies. Also discounts in participating shops and service providers such as Sails Restaurant, Budget Marine, Ace Sails, and Canvas and the Upholstery Shop.
The Carenage Health Clinic offers free yellow fever vaccinations on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. For more information on free vaccinations contact the Carenage Health Clinic (868) 632 1860.
