The official currency on the French side is Euros.

The official currency on the Dutch side is the Netherlands Antillean Guilder (ANG) (one guilder is divided into 100 cents). Note that in the second half of 2024 a new currency, the Caribbean Guilder, will be introduced.

US dollars are accepted everywhere on the Island.

There are ATMs are available in Marigot for cash withdrawals.
