Baltiysk is the only port with border and customs clearance for foreign boats.
As you approach the harbor call “Baltiysk Traffic” on VHF channel 74. Border control and customs clearance take place at the border checkpoint near the container terminal (berth No. 81).
Boats must leave the port immediately after border and customs clearance - it is not permitted to stay in the port overnight. See docking below for the nearest docking facilities (3-4 hours away).
