Description:
Gorki Zachodnie lies on the west bank of the Vistula River delta, about 1.6 kms (one mile) from the entrance. On the opposite side is the other fishing village of Gorki Wschodnie. This delta is 7NM east of the entrance to Gdansk. It offers a choice of low cost berths for winter storage, in or out of the water. As a summer destination, it may not be quite so attractive as it is quite remote and the surrounding reed beds provide a good breeding ground for mosquitoes.
