There is a public hospital on Majuro (Tel. (692) 625 3399) It provides inexpensive medical and dental care (out-patient visits are $20 after registration and includes the prescription).
There is also a Filipino private doctor on Majuro who speaks good English.. Ask any other yachtie or at the "Island Echo" store. A visit costs US$20.
