While Jabor is a Port of Entry, it is un-manned. This means that in order to clear in or out here, you must pay to fly the authorities out and back to Majuro.
Plane ticket prices were (2022) $400 round trip per person. Overnight commercial lodging doesn’t exist. However, a gift for host families of (this is a very rough estimate) $400 should be agreeable. Therefore budget $2,000 to clear here (which could be shared between several yachts wanting to clear at the same time).
