YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

This an official port of entry.
See Madagascar/Formalities for full details of Clearance procedures.
Dinghies can be safely tied up in the ferry port at the small wooden dock with a corrugated roof. It's advisable to use a stern anchor for the dinghy.
From the dinghy dock take the road next to the bakery "Choco Pain".
The Police (who act as Immigration) is 200m up this road on the right.
If visiting for less than 15 days a visa is not required. On request, you may be granted a 3-month visa rather than the usual 1 month one when clearing in here, but visa extensions cannot be granted at this port. - see the main Madagascar Immigration section for further details. The visa fee has to be paid in cash (with probably an additional "fee" on top).
If you have an E-visa, the reader/printer for the visa documentation is at the airport (tuk tuk ride), so a visit there by every crew member will be required. Immigration will give you a time when you should go as there’s not always staff there. There is no ATM at the airport, so take enough cash in town.
The trip to the airport can be avoided if you have a VISA glued into your passport.
Customs and Coast Guard are on Îsle Madame (the fishing harbour). Take the dinghy to the derelict concrete dock in front of the old colonial style building with brown columns. Again, use a stern anchor.
The Customs office is in the first building you come across, like an abandoned hotel. The office is in the west wing, access from the north, outside.
The Coast Guard office is just 20 metres away to the west.
Notes:
Authorities can be visited in any order.
