Normally an economic country in which to purchase fuel. However, in July 2017 using the river fuel berth entailed paying international prices and there was no guarantee of fuel being available due to the number of support boats requiring fuel during the building of the bridges.
It is still possible to get diesel from vehicle filling stations.
