This is a port of entry for the USVIs. If unable to clear in through the CBP Roam App, a trip to the CBP offices at the airport could be required.
Note: CBP are located at the airport which is not convenient to access from the Christiansted anchorage ($100 by taxi or rent a car). The airport offices can be contacted at +1(340) 778-0216.
St Croix CBP offers a manual departure procedure where you complete CBP Form 1300 and CBP Form I-418 and email them to vesseldocumentdropbox@cbp.dhs.gov.
The service is only offered for St Croix and once the document is approved it is returned via email so that cruisers have an exit zarpe. This saves time and removes the need to travel to the airport.
