Kronstadt is on Kotlin Island and clearance is obtained at Fort Konstantine. Official hours for customs and passport control are 08:00-18:00. Wait on board for the officials - which may be some time.
After clearance, yachts can proceed straight to their destination at one of the yacht clubs in St Petersburg without further clearance.
