Provisioning is reasonable but is wise to the only plan on buying the absolute minimum on the island.
The main shopping centre is at Burnt Pine, in the centre of the island. There is a good selection of locally grown produce.
Foodland Supermarket (closes at 6 pm), Marks Bakery (closes at 8 pm) and Paw Paws mini-mart (closes at 9 pm).
Island markets:
The Farmers markets are on every Saturday morning from 07:30 - 10.00.
The Island Arts and Craft markets are on every Sunday morning from 08.30 - 11.00.
Both markets are located in the Bicentennial Complex near the Visitors Information Centre.
